I can't seem to access the Member Area, can you help? Sure, there are a few reasons why this might be happening: My script is case sensitive. For example "cat" is different from "CaT". Trying to enter the wrong case will not let you in. My security software requires you to have cookies enabled, the cookie is automatically deleted when you close your current browser session and is not saved to disk. If you do not have cookies enabled my script will not let you in. If you have a firewall you will need to disable it before you try to log in, just make sure to turn it back on when you are done surfing my Member Area. Firewalls usually block the temporary cookie my script needs to set to allow you to enter. In some cases, antivirus software such as Norton block cookies and will prevent you from being able to login, you might need to turn your antivirus software off before logging in.
